Mission
Learn best practices in administrative assessment, promote these practices university-wide to ensure Mason’s administrative programs and services are effectively achieving unit-level goals, and use results to continuously improve and support institutional growth.
Sample Agenda (1 hour):
- Welcome roll-call/assessment updates from representatives (5 minutes)
- Review status of assessment reports within administrative units to ensure compliance (15 minutes)
- Focused Topic: (30 minutes)
- a. Review an administrative assessment report and discuss feedback to provide to unit for improvementOR
