Title: Director of Data Analytics

Lisa currently serves as Director of Data Analytics, providing streamlined research and analytics to support planning, assessment, and decision-making efforts across George Mason. She leads the Data Analytics team responsible for data extraction and transformation; ensuring data quality and reliability; developing data tools and dashboards; and supporting state and federal reporting requirements, accreditation, and other mandated reporting activities.

Prior to joining Mason, Lisa served as Director of Institutional Research and Reporting at Clackamas Community College in Oregon. Before her time in Oregon, she held institutional research positions at several community colleges in Southern California. Throughout her career, Lisa has actively engaged with professional associations as both a contributor and a learner. Currently, she serves as Past President of the Virginia Association for Institutional Research (VAIR).

Lisa earned a BA in Sociology and a MA in Demographic and Social Analysis from the University of California, Irvine. She is currently pursuing a PhD in Education with a specialization in Research Methodology at George Mason.

 

Despite being born and raised near the beaches of Southern California, Lisa still uses floaties to swim.
