The Survey Best Practice Workgroup (SBPW) is a collaborative effort dedicated to strengthening George Mason University’s institutional survey practices. Through a strategic and coordinated approach, the group works to improve survey planning, ensure survey initiatives meet the needs of units across campus, and develop effective strategies to increase response rates while minimizing survey fatigue.

At this meeting, members will:

Learn about the newly established university survey policy and its implications for survey administration across campus.

Review current promotion and marketing plans for exit surveys and explore additional strategies to increase participation.

Receive updates on the Career Plans Survey and discuss ongoing efforts to enhance survey engagement and effectiveness.

The meeting provides an opportunity for members to share ideas, align best practices, and support a more effective and coordinated survey environment at Mason.
