Unable to Access OIEP Dashboards
When viewing our dashboards, there are a couple of pre-requisites that need to be met. Here’s a quick list of things to check if you are having trouble viewing them:
- Make sure you are connected to the VPN if you are off-campus. You can use vpn.gmu.edu/GENERAL and log in with your netID and password.
- If you are connected and still having problems, refresh your page. Sometimes if left open for an extended period of time, the dashboard will throw an error similar to the picture below.
- Clear your browsing history/cookies. This can resolve a common problem when viewing a dashboard with a guest account.
Alternatively, try another browser like Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox, Apple Safari, or Google Chrome.

Note: The instructions for Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge should be essentially the same.
