OIEP DATA DASHBOARDS ARE CURRENTLY DOWN.  OIEP IS WORKING WITH THE VENDOR TO FIND A RESOLUTION ASAP.  WE APOLOGIZE FOR THIS INCONVENIENCE AND ARE WORKING ON FINDING ALTERNATIVE METHODS FOR DATA AND REPORT DELIVERY.  STATUS CHANGES WILL BE NOTED HERE.

IF YOU HAVE AN AD-HOC DATA REQUEST:  PLEASE SUBMIT A DATA REQUEST FORM.   WE WILL WORK ON PROVIDING THAT DATA AS SOON AS WE CAN GIVEN RESOURCES AND VOLUME.

IF YOU CHOOSE TO USE MICROSTRATEGY REPORTS:  THE DATA PROVIDED MAY OR MAY NOT MATCH OFFICIAL REPORTING PROVIDED BY OIEP DUE TO TIMING, DEFINITIONS, DATA CLEANLINESS, ETC.  DO NOT USE MICROSTRATEGY REPORTS FOR OFFICIAL DATA REPORTING NEEDS, e.g. SURVEY RESPONSES TO EXTERNAL AGENCIES.

Unable to Access OIEP Dashboards 

When viewing our dashboards, there are a couple of pre-requisites that need to be met. Here’s a quick list of things to check if you are having trouble viewing them: 

  1. Make sure you are connected to the VPN if you are off-campus. You can use vpn.gmu.edu/GENERAL and log in with your netID and password. 
  2. If you are connected and still having problems, refresh your page. Sometimes if left open for an extended period of time, the dashboard will throw an error similar to the picture below.

     

  3. Clear your browsing history/cookies. This can resolve a common problem when viewing a dashboard with a guest account.

     

    Alternatively, try another browser like Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox, Apple Safari, or Google Chrome.

    Note: The instructions for Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge should be essentially the same.
