Official Retention and Graduation Rates Dashboards
- Comprehensive Undergraduate Retention and Graduation Rates (New and Transfer)
This dashboard provides retention and graduation rates for undergraduate students and offers three views:

- Fall 2024 Cohort and One-Term Retention: Cohort counts by demographics as well as Fall 2024 to Spring 2025 retention rates. The cohort in this view includes first-time and transfer students.
- Retention and Graduation Rates for First-Time Students: Fall to fall retention rates and graduation rates for first-time undergraduate students.
- Retention and Graduation Rates for Transfer Students: Fall to fall retention rates and graduation rates for transfer undergraduate students. This does not include transfer students who previously earned a Bachelor’s degree.

Production Schedule:
Reports and dashboards are updated annually in November.
Data Source:
Fall cohorts are based on official census data. Graduation data are based on official degree conferred data.
Notes:
Due to rapid changes in university structure and majors, we are not able to keep the historical college mappings or student preferred college mappings for certain majors. The college mappings for each major are based on most the recent structure.
