Eunkyoung Park

Title: Executive Director of Institutional Effectiveness

Dr. Eunkyoung Park serves as the Executive Director of Institutional Effectiveness within the Office of Institutional Effectiveness and Planning at George Mason University. She leads the university’s assessment efforts, encompassing accreditation, annual assessment, program review, institutional surveys, and data analysis and visualization. In this role, she designs and develops analytical and research studies that utilize assessment and institutional research data to enhance student success, program effectiveness, and overall institutional performance.

Before joining George Mason University, Dr. Park held roles at the Korean Educational Development Institute (KEDI) in South Korea and the Institute for Higher Education Policy (IHEP) in the United States. She earned her Ph.D. in Higher Education and Student Affairs from Indiana University, Bloomington, Indiana and her Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees from Seoul National University, Seoul, South Korea.
