DESCRIPTION:The Survey Best Practice Workgroup (SBPW) is a collaborative effort to strengthen Mason’s institutional survey practices. The group aims to foster a strategic\, coordinated approach to survey planning; ensure surveys meet the needs of units across campus; and develop strategies to improve response rates while reducing survey fatigue.
